im thinking of using this pump as my return for my 90g that i will be setting up very soon. i was just wondering what flow rate would be with a 5 foot head? i'm going to be using the all-glass 90g with the megaflow overflow, the overflow is rated for 600gph so i;m just worried if the pump is going to outpace the overflow.
also are these pumps quite?

I have one on a 75 gallon tank with dual overflows and it almost outpaces them when combined with a chiller pump also dumping into them. But it's a little loud and has stopped on me several times. I am trying a panworld which boasts to be quieter and has twice the warranty and more flow so I wouldn't recommend it.
