I purchased several Hamilton 14k 250w DE bulbs recently.
All of them have blown within several weeks. I returned them to the manufacturer, got replacements (they were nice about it), and the replacements have blown. They are failing where the lead wire connects to the arc tube - the connector is toasting and falling off.
Very disappointing, since the other batch of hammys I've had lasted a very long time (almost 18 mos) and I just retired them because they were losing PAR and color.
Has anyone else had this problem with recent hammys?
