Is a pin cushioon urchin safe in a fish only tank? I have a niger trigger, a porcupine puffer, a long horn cowfish and a queen angel in that tank. Thanks

The trigger, porcupine or cowfish may decide the urchin is a snack.

Triggers are designed to be able to hunt urchins efficiently. You see how the eyes are set way back? Makes it easy to get at the urchin without poking eyes out. They also blow the sand up under the urchin to make it flip over and then has a nice lunch. There is a reason its called a FISH ONLY tank. ;-)

I also heard that triggers will turn the urchins over and eat them from the bottom.
