OK, so almost all of my corals are sold or pending sale....

What would make a good tank mate for my beautiful friend???

Looking for a trigger for a 65 gallon most likely....

depends on how big your eel is now and if you plan on getting a bigger tank down the line.

no, i have a gymnothorax fimbriatus and it eats everything. it ate my flame angel last night and 2 damsels the night before. you need to keep it with fish much larger than its mouth. it will probably quickly outgrow the tank. they grow fast.

You could try a undulated trigger maybe one that is about 5-7". But he too will probley be eating by the eel. fimbrated eels kill everything.

I think I will just keep the eel by his lonesome, are there any negative effects on him???

put him with some damsels, he will like them ;)
