Question on feeding Frog Fish / Angler

I have read that frogfish only need to be fed twice a week. How much should they eat per session. I have a pair. The male is about 3" long and the female is about 7" long. The little one eats about 3 live ghost shrimps per session ( I haven't been able to get it to eat frozen yet). The larger one scoffs down about 5 silversides per session (between 2-3" each) and would definitely eat more if I gave it to her. Is this too much or too little.

Bobafett Be carefull feeding frogs because they will eat about as much as you give them and can choke if the food bits are too big.

I had a friend overfeed an incredible Frogfish and lost it. Don't feed them till they stop, better to go to small.
