That is a singapore angel, Chaetodondtoplus mesoleucus. You probably should do some reasearch before you buy fish because the Singapore can be a tough fish to care for. Is it doing okay?

i didnt know what he was because i had a so called pro install and maintain my tank, but she dissapered and left me with a lot of learning to do,thing is i travel alot for work and really havent had a chance to see my tank.she had put a few inverts in my tank that arent doing so good, since i am preety new i wiil stick to fish only, hes been in the tank about 2 months, thing is i dont see him ever feed when i put in flakes or pellet he just swims by food ,he must be eating something he looks healthy and active likes the tang.now that i know what he is i wiil research him and learn thanks.

I see. Well that sounds better. They are kind of delicate shippers and since you have had him a while. I would try and feed him something else besides flake and pellets. Try some of the frozen foods like frozen mysis shrimp, formula one or two or one of the frozen foods that contain sponges. Anyone else have any good feeding suggestions?
