What is the difference in preformance of the old Jebo 520 vs the New Jebo 520? Has any one planyed with the new improved model yet? Or are they basically the same?

$75 seems alot for a Jebo skimmer. You could get a coralife65 for that price and actually get a good skimmer.

That Jebo will smoke a CSS 65. Its a much bigger skimmer. WIth some simple mods to go from Venturi to needlewheel, it could skim really well.

Skimmers aren't rocket science. Theyre pretty simple devices.

Well I was wondering if it is the same as the older modle that was around, that I saw on the Jebo thread. If this one is basically the same but with a different pump or what. For the price of the new one, $110.00 or the old one, $70. They look the same other than the pump . I thought of just changing the pump. Only wanted to put it on a 55
