View Full Version : Strange Algae Bloom

Every week I traditionally clean my glass. For years it has been a slimy green/brown algae that scrapes off easily with a scraper. Recently I have notes lots of oval shaped green/brown splotches that don't come off easily. Anyone know what they are and how to best deal with them?

No. Got plenty of that. No problem with it. This is typical slime algae that just sticks to the glass in oval shapes. I can get it off with my scraper, but its alot of work. The other slime just rolls right off.
