I have a 180 gallon tank and Im going to be using 2, 700GPH Lifereef overflows. What size PVC should i use?

1'', 1-1/4" etc?

The bigger you can go the better. Use the drain overflow calculator on the main page

never saw that calculater on front page, thanks!

This is what is gives Recommended minimum drain pipe diameter = 1.09 inches

So i think i will go with 1-1/4 sound good?

1" will be fine. It will handle the flow of a single LR.

You are welcome! BTW, good choice on the LR overflows. They are really nice. If the back of your tank is black, get the black skimmer box.

yeah, its black background. But, i took what i could get i got both Lifereef overflows used.

1 is black and the other is clear But i bought black fusion paint and painted the clear one and it looks just as good
