I just purchased the 36" Current Sunpod from the doctors. But one of the bulbs is very blue and the other is very white. I am pretty sure they are supposed to be the same color. But it has only been running about 30 min now, and I did not know if there was a burn in period or if I should call customer service.

Thank you for your post and recent Drs. Foster & Smith order. The 36” SunPod HQI Metal Halide Fixture includes 2-14000°K HQI double ended lamps. These bulbs do not have a burn period and should be the same color. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-562-7169 or via e-mail at customerservice@liveaquaria.com so we may obtain further information to rectify the situation.

Thanks for your help. I called earlier and they are shipping me out a new bulb to replace the one we think is bad.

Well after all the time me and the docs spent working on this an LED panel quit working. But instead of replacing the LED panel and possible dealing with even more problems they are shipping me a new unit and even overnighted it so it should be here on Monday.
A+++ customer service.
