hey all! im setting up a 90g FOWLR tank. i decided to go for a fuge rather than a wet/dry for this aquarium. This will be my first refugium. I was curious if anyone could recommend an appropiate refugium for this tank. Also if anyone knows of good websites etc. that sell quality and hopefully affordable refugiums. thanks in advance.

Reeferjunkie, You could try to make it yourself, all you need is a good size tank that will fit into your stand and some acrylic and silcone from home depot or walmart and built yourself, it will save some money. Here is a picture of the one i built on Saturday for my tank. It's 40 gallons sump/refugium.

thanks for suggestion reef211. i considered building my own fuge, and im sure that its quite simple to build. but i honestly dont trust my DYI skills enough. i've been taking a look at some on-line. what do you think about this one for my tank. if this looks like it would work any suggestion on the lighting and pumps needed. thanks everyone.

From what I've been hearing, stay clear of that place. Check the feedback. Negatives, and a BUNCH of "mutually withdraws."
Just be cautious.

thanks for heads up trojanscott. i took a look at their feedback and it was 98.5% positive which appears to be good. has anyone else either delt with the folks at usa_aquarium before, or know someone who has? if not.....any recomendations of other websites with quality fuges. thanks again.
