it looks lie white hairs but i can see them reaching out and touching everthing.these hairs arn't coming out of the frags there com ing out of the rock that was attached to the frag

If it is coming out of little redish tubes it is probably vermatid snails. I have them all over my rocks and if the substrate gets stirred up it looks like stringy cobwebs all over.
