How much light for mushrooms?

I have aquatincs T5 setup and am wondering if this is too much light for shrooms. They just dont look puffy and vibrant. Seem to be just laying against rocks flat like?

Water parameters are all fine

Depends on the type. My 2x250W halides are simply too much for my green-stripe shrooms on the sandbed, so I hide them in a cave. My hairy mushroom loves the light though.
