Thanks for all of the compliments!

Ok heres a rundown on the settings finnley.

1. Moving objects ( fish)
- All moving objects I take with a flash or in sports mode without a flash. The thing about sports mode is that it only takes pics with 2mp.

SPORTS MODE WITHOUT FLASH

If you try to take a 4mp shot without flash they blur bad. Slow shutter speed I assume.

2. STILL OBJECTS

I have the same camera. Nikon Cool pix L1. here are some pics i have taken with it.

I find that the pictures come out much clearer with auto flash on and of course macro mode. I think the key is getting the right distance. At the beginning i kept trying to get super close and zoom it. but it would not focuse. I my self am still learning. BTW nice camera for the price redspot321

I also find it hard to get clear pics with out the flash. If you turn all your pumps off that helps.

JmLee nice shots. Its amazing what you can get today. The goby looks 100X better than it did in the LFS. Theres pods everywhere in my tank.
I am looking to trade it though, I am always worried it will run out of food.
