I have finally finished my 105 gallon!!!! which involved set.. tear down.. then set up again!! Its been a lenghty process!!!
Any way Im upgrading from a 46 gallon to this larger system probably 120 gallon of water now.

My question is.....
As long as the TEMP, SG, and PH are the same in both tanks. Can I just move everyone straight over without acclimating them??
Keep in mind that they are being moved into newly mixed seawater. (its been mixed for about 48 hrs).

I'd acclimate.. for all the time it takes.

Yeah I certainly believe better safe than sorry.
But if those params are equal what exactly am I trying to acclimate to?
I usaully acclimate till all of those listed match my main tank. But since there already there......

Did the Tank cycle? I am going to be in a very similar situation in the next week or so. how long has the tank been setup?

I am starting a new 150 gal tank. I am starting it with the combination of a 55gal, a 12 gal Nano, and the rest will be new. There will be about 70 lbs of existing Live Rock and most of the substrate.

My thoughts are that I will go through a very fast cycle, but when moving the fish and corals, they should still be acclimated.
