Hello,
I was wondering if someone on this group could help me identify this new specimen I purchased over the weekend. I'm not sure but I think this is a zoanthid. Seems to be connected by stolons. Has two rings of tentacles. Some are orange and some are lime green with orange centers. I just love it and would really like to know more information so I can give it better care. Thanks!

species? you cant narrow zoanthids down to a specific species as of yet.

Zoanthid species "bambam orange" will have to do. :D

Thanks everyone for responding to my amateur question. I didn't realize zoanthids had not been broken down to species. I really do learn something new every day :D . That's about the best picture I can get at this time - I don't have a macro for my camera. It still hasn't opened all the way only 6 of the 11 - 12 polyps are at this time open. Thank you very much for taking the time to give me this information.
