return pump size for 35G FOWLR

Hello all,

I'm setting up a first 35G FOWLR with a 15G sump.
The tank will have one corner overflow or overflow box.
I'm wondering how much flow(how big a pump) would be sufficient if I have the return line branched to the two rear corners. I've heard anywhere from 150GPH to 800GPH.

I want to avoid using powerheads in order to keep the tank uncluttered if possible.

Any suggestions/feedback appreciated.

You dont want 800 GPH going through a 15G sump. 150 is more like it.
