Is this ick? Please help

Look at the bottom part of the fish. It looks like a bump and scaly. Is this ick? stress or what?
What to do? I just got him yesterday.

Ich is tiny dots, I would guess some kind of fungal infection if you can see it as a mass.

If you just got this fish a day ago, didn't it have this to start?

You also have the problem of the tank. It appears that the fish is in display and not quarantine...

This eliminates and chance of treating the fish. You should not treat the entire tank in other words. You need to either get the fish to quarantine (sort of late for that), hope for the best, or remove the fish and return it to the store (not much chance of them taking it back I am sure)

You are in a tough spot, I would call the fish store and tell them what is going on and see if they might be able to help you.
