The frag stations are so versatile. From acclimating new frags to growing out frags for trading/selling. If they prevent just one frag from getting lost or blown into another coral they pay for themselves the first time you use them. They are also a great way to get into propagating in your main tank without using egg crate or taking up a lot of space. Even a nano tank can become a coral farm and still look nice. I actually think the fives are awesome for growing a colony of zoanthids in your tank. Place the five frag plugs empty on the rock mount a frag directly to the station and as it grows it will grow onto the plug making continuous frags without the mess of chopping up a prime colony to get a frag. Remove the frag plug and put another empty one in its place.
