I have a friend who wants to set up a sea horse tank. The tank is a 55g what type of filter would be best to run. i was thinking of a sump/fuge. That way all that is in the tank is the one or two returns from the sump. I see alot of posts with people useing the emperor 400. I have a 75 aggressive and a 72 reef so i am use to haveing alot more flow in the tank. if he does the wet/dry or sump/fuge how much water movement is needed? Also what about live rock? will he still need 1.5-2lbs per gallon? Thanks in advance for the help.
