Anyone own one of these timers?

I was wondering what you think of them? Are they relyable? I want to get something that will work, i am going to be getting a aqua controller when i get money saved up :D so i need these to last, i know marinedepot.com (http://www.marinedepot.com/md_viewItem.asp?idproduct=SE1113 ) has them for $14.99 each, and i was at the hardware store today (which is right next door to the fish place i go to, has them for $3.99 each so i was thinking of grabing a few for my lighting.
