I live in California and a couple of months ago we had a week where my 55 gallon tank's temperature got up to 90 degrees. I
have a big torch coral which since that time it's arms or tentacles have turned white. I'm wondering if anyone has seen this before and what I can do to get the color back?

Whoa...I think that temp is near the lower limit of coral death. Can you invest in a bunch of fans and ventilate the tank if a chiller is out of the question?

It's fine now we just had a bad week were it was hotter than usual. I should be OK now until next summer.

Sadly your frogspawn has bleached, and has a smallish chance for survival. It can survive, but its been stressed. I would try spot-feeding it and see if it takes the food, which it needs now that it lacks any symbiotic algae.
