Hello. I took a superglue gel and stuck the narrow tip into a retracted aptaisia hole and squeezed a dab in, held it there for a few seconds and when I pulled it out the hardened super glue with the aptaisia in-full came out. Takes very, very little so don't squeeze too hard.
