Can Aquamend be used underwater?

Hi everybody,

I'm going to be purchasing LR today, and I'm planning on using some Aquamend epoxy to hold some of the aquascape together. Can this stuff be applied underwater? Will it cure underwater? Guess I'm just a little bit iffy on how the stuff is actually used. :D

That's it. Pinch some off. Need it until it's white all the way through. And stick it to the rock.
