My home uses well water. What concerns should I have with that, or would it be considered much better for my saltwater tank. It filters through the typical salt pellets you have to use for well water but thats about it.

My well water had nitrates. I bought an RODI unit.

Without an analysis of the tapwater and the well water, it's hard to say much. I decided to buy an RO-DI unit so that I didn't have to worry about another unknown in the system. Both well water and tapwater have been known to contain harmful substances.

Our well water is loaded with phosphates. RO/DI for us!

I can't know which would be better, but I'd personally avoid both.
