I have an AC2 running my 180 reef and have had NO problems with it until I recently changed computers. The new computer has no serial port so I got one of those serial to USB adapters and plugged everything in. The adapter is working fine, it works with my GPS but aquanotes says "AquaConroller Not Responding ". I downloaded the new aquanote lite because my version is really old and I thought that was the problem but no. I am not very good with computers so and help translated into computer dummy language would be appreciated. I left a message with neptune systems but have not heard back and would like to resolve this issue sooner than later.
