So whilst looking really really closely at my colony of zoos, I noticed a few with what looks to be transparent flatworms chillen on the 'face' of maybe two zoos.
So far the zoos are doing great, but should I be concerned about these little ghostly tennants, or is all good in the house of zooa?

Dip them

dip them sounds great, making sure dip water is same temp.
if you do see others but unable to dip, you can sifen them out with a hose at least 1/2 in diam. use a micron sock around return hose or discard the water. don't try to kill them they will only spread.

Odds are they're harmless and dipping them will needlessly stress them out. I'd be far more worried about getting infested with the flatworms than them hurting the zoas in any way.
