Would not work right out of the box.Ballast seems to be the culprit.Anyone else had trouble with this setup? It's the double 54w retro.

No, it's just hard to diagnose over the internet. I would remove all the bulbs, check the pins and sockets, reinstall and then check any wiring connections that you can.

Already OHM'ed the wiring harness out. bulbs seem O.K.
I was mostly trying to find out if anyone has had any Problems with the current USA line of products.
Seller is sending a new ballast on monday.Let you know how it goes.

I own one....worked out of the box with no problems.Not the greatest light but it does do the job.Mine has been running for about 8 months with no problems...hope that helps

I only want to supplement the 500w of 10k with some actinic.I also want the dusk and dawn light.Should get the new ballast on tuesday.
