Reefgeek Retros: Bulbs included?

In the description it doesn't say anything about bulbs being included, just the recommended combo, but in the picture it shows bulbs. Are they included?

Also, Champion sells the same retro for less, but a different selection of bulbs. Are the ATI bulbs really worth the extra dough?

The ReefGeek website states the following for their T5 retrofit kits.

Description: T5 high-output fluorescent retrofit kit with your choice of four bulbs from any of our current selection of T5 bulbs from ATI (German), General Electric, Giesemann (German) or UV Lighting (USA). They are included, I just purshed Retro kit from them 4 months ago. Just list what bulbs from list you want in comments box. They shiped it fast and it was very well packaged.
