I just got back from a week long business trip. I put my 11 year old in charge of the tank with my wife's assistance. Neither of them noticed that the brown leather was being taken over by some red algae. Any thoughts on how I might get it off of the leather and out of my tank? Stupid algae! :mad:

hi,if it is a red slime algae,you could use a turkey baster to blast it off the coral.If the tank is fairly new,the red algae will fade away over time-just part of the cycling.HTH
