RO saltwater question

I have a Kent Marine HI-S RO/DI system and i have a problem when i am making saltwater, I use Red Sea Salt and mix it with my RO water i make with a powerhead in a 5 gal. bucket, the specific gravity comes out good but my ph in that water is real low about 7.4 what am i doing wrong, and the plain RO water ph should be 7 right

use kent OSMO, it will bring your ph up. only use it in you mixing bucket.

I've heard Red Sea is low in PH but high in Ca/Alk, if you wanted to experiement, you could mix it w/Instant Ocean that is high in PH but low in Ca/Alk you might be able to make a perfect mix......or you could buy Reef Crystals and accomplish the same thing w/out mixing salts.
