LS seeding

In past I've seeded my sand bed using LS from fellow reefers, and got flatworms. It could have been worse: flukes, ich, etc....

I am leaning towards getting LS from online vendors. Does anyone knows good LS source that has critters in their sand beside just bacteria?

I would try tampabaysaltwater.com. Ive never seen their sand but their rock is awesome stuff.

i used florida reef sand with great success. its prepacked and slighty moist. I used 80 lbs with np.

I've looked at garf.org.... it seems to good to be true. Anybody have pictures or advice about their grunge?

billsreef.com has also gotten good reviews. I have seeded with some sandbed animals from ipsf.com and inlandaquatics.com, and liked the products.

The basic Grunge is (or was) too coarse to be of much value for a sandbed.
