iwasaki 15k 250w

Good morning,
I've been reading some good reviews about the Iwasaki 15k 175w bulb and I was wondering when the 250w version was to be released. Also, if you have an msrp, that would be appreciated.

At this time we do not have an ETA on the Iwasaki 250 15K. I would think it would be before the end of the year but I'm not sure. As far as the price goes...Iwasaki is usually pretty reasonable so I would look for it to be in the $65-$75.

Thanks. Have you seen the 175w version of the bulb? How is the color rendition? I will be running 2-250w MH on electronic ballasts w/o actinics.

I actually fired one up last week on an ARO electronic ballast. It is whiter than most of the lamps in the 14K-15K range which would explain the high par values. We put it next to a Hamilton 14K and it was visibly whiter in color. Nice color though.
