Is something wrong with my Naso?

My Naso Tang from the last Hawaii group buy has started getting a bit discolored and we already lost the kole tang which turned pretty pale the night before. I took the best picture I could get. It looks like parts of it's skin are going to start shedding and brown spots have started forming on its yellow crest. None of these markings were there yesterday. Is he going to make it? Is there anything I need to worry about or do at this point except watch?
