After my RO, my TDS is 4ppm. After my DI, my TDS is 6ppm. I just changed the DI filter. What would cause this? I've never seen this before. I have even let it run for over two hours and no change. I'm using two TDS meters to confirm this.

Where did you get the DI resin or cartridge, how old is it and how was it stored? DI has a shelf life and if its not packaged correctly it can be quite short. You can actually do harm instead of good with bad DI.

Well, I cleaned the housing that the DI sits in & also the tubing. Everything is back to normal. Could this actually be the reason why I was getting a TDS reading? Thanks.

Are you sure its a DI, and not one of those silly carbon blocks a lot of manufacturers put on their drinkign water systems to "improve taste"

Might it have been the container in which you were taking your samples to test for tds?
If you had contamination in the tubing etc that certainly could have caused this.
