i have a really big pic but didn't come out so great anyway i thought it might be eggs from these guys

Those are the egg capsules of a gastropod, common to whelks, etc.

thats what i'm thinking to but the to snails in the pic was sold to me as conches maybe the lfs was mistaken wouldn't be the first time hahaha
anyway if the are do you think i need to remove them or just remove the eggs and let the rest be?

Whelks and conchs are very similar. The ones you have just seem to be a little small to be laying eggs. Regardless, I would just leave them be. They aren't going to hurt anything.

I thought whelks are not good to have because they are so aggressive?
