ok i have a "rescued " sps mos tof it is dead and it was doing fine.

but recently it has bleached some more and i knotice a little whilte snail always hanging around the areas taht are about to bleach.. he has been ont eh coral since day 1 but hasnt moved till recently

he is realyl wild i took him out and he was still trying to move around

he is to smallt og et a pict of so illtry to describe the shell
it is WHITE ( white as white can be.. think kalkwasser white) loosk like a conch shell but with lil spikes ont eh very back

any picts you could post to help me identify him would be great

Snails are fairly difficult to id. If yours is a coral eater, you'll just need to stake out the coral, perhaps at night once or twice, in case the animal is mostly nocturnal.

it must be somthing else

i think it may be getting to much light as i knoticed the bleaching after i raised it int eh tank ( 130 gallon lit by 770 watts of vho)

altho i am still getting great polyp extension it may just be getting ready to do rapid growth
