I am taking some zoas to a fellow they will be in a bag for about 4-5 hours, would it be O.K. to put a few different kinds of zoas in one bag?
Thanks

If they are attached to rocks, you would be better off if you used separate bags so they don't get mashed together.
If you have a styro cooler the water will stay warmer longer.
I've taken frags up to friends before and I have put a warm ( warm not hot) towel in the cooler and packed it around the bags.

Yep, what mfinn said.;)
If you're not too worried about people talking about you... If it's a small enough container, you can put it in your jacket to help keep them warm.

I've sent several zoas colors in the mail, thermos, and just bags. I just took a paper towel, soaked it in salt water, filled the bag/thermos with an inch or so of water, and sent them two days in the mail. They all have ended up fine. A four/five hour trip shouldn't hurt them no matter how you package them. I've even heard of zoas in the wild being uncovered at low tides for hours. They're pretty hearty guys. Good luck!!! :)
