Rowa Phos or Phos Ban?

Which do you use and why?

i use RowaPhose because its the best...commercial aquariums use them, and if it is good for them, its good for me ;)

I use Phosban because it's what my lfs stocks. I put it in a ladies' kneehigh [new] knotted up, and toss it when it expires.

I have found rowa phos to be significantly better than phos ban for me!

I have been doing quite a bit of reading throughout here about these two products, and it doesn't seem like there seems to be any huge difference which makes one better than the other. It seems like they both work pretty well. However, I would appreciate some additional information/insight about one might be better than the other. I haven't used either, so I am keeping an open mind!
