I guess these guys are about 2+ years old now. They were culled from my own stock and paired up. Out of maybe 20,000 fish I've only found maybe a half dozen to a dozen stubbies. Im very interested whether they would carry any of the stubby factor to thier own offspring but I doubt it.

The one on the left is the female and she is about twice the size of the male. She is an awesome looking fish, about the best looking stubbie I've seen.

You should see an increase of stubbies from this pair, if they spawn. Nothing high, but significantly higher than 12:20,000.

These are Ocellaris clowns born with a birth defect, missing vertebrae.
Giving them a stubby appearance.

I guess I will find out sooner then later. They spawned tonight for their first time.

I'll either wait until their nests get a little larger or hatch these with another pair that spawned tonight.
