I thought I would post this here as well as the reef fishes forum.
I have a pair of blue gudgeons in my 180 gallon reef. I love these fish but they are shy to the point of never being seen except at feeding time. My other fish, angel, tangs, rabbit, clowns, and a fairy wrasse completely ignore them when they do come out so it's not an agggression problem. I know they are naturally shy fish so this is not completely unexpected.
My question is this, does anybody think adding a few more of these gobies (like three more or so) would help make them all a bit bolder and draw them out more? I have the room and I am under the bioload cap. TIA
