Will they get along?

Will an octopus and a shark get along in the same tank? I am thinking about putting them in a 300 gallon tank!

You may want to read up on octos in the cephalopod forum, they're not easy to keep AFAIK, and have very specific needs. I've seen video of octos and sharks trying to eat one another (octo won), there's no way I'd try to house them together.

What shark were you thinking of keeping? 300g sounds large, but it's pretty small for a shark tank.

It was an idea I had and thought it would be cool to have them in a tank together. I will scratch that one....
