Curing LR in a bucket???

I purchased some Live Rock and Rubble at a frag swap yesterday. The LR was in a bag with little water for about 5+ hours.

Being new to the hobby, I figured it probably had some die off so I put it into a bucket of salt water with a heater and power head.

My question is, should I see it cycle, or spike up in levels? Should I do regular water changes? If so, how much, and when?

I have about 10+lbs in about 1.5 to 2 gallons of water.

The live rock can be out of water for 24 hours, you should be fine :thumbsup:
