This anenome has really been on the move. 125 gal and it chooses this spot!!! Will it hurt the clam?

I've had aiptasia on my clam, but it did not appear to bother the clam. I've seen some this this close before without any problems. Just keep an eye on the clam.

I have almost the exact same thing in my tank. One of my rbta's is within 2 inches of my crocea. They don't touch now, but for a day or two when the rbta was on the move, it sat directly on top of the clam. I thought for sure the clam was a goner, but honestly, the clam didn't seem to care much and showed no damage. If the clam is bothered, it will open and close (or simply detach) enough where the anemone will likely move.
