Whats up Jesse

I have just recently switched over from using natural sea water. The water comes the keys provided by my LFS. I would like to get used to making my own water since I may not always have this luxury. I purchased a RO/DI system and some Redsea salt mix. I’ve been slowly acclimating my tank to the new water. The question is since I’m not getting all the nutrients that where provided by the sea water what products would you recommend adding to the water to make it a more natural environment for my critters.
Thanks

Loweryster, the one thing that would help would be a really good salt. I have been through a ton of salts and even had the chance to test some salts out and found some interesting results. I don't want to start a salt thread so when we talk next, remind me. The other thing that we do for our filtra system is include Rb10 and Rb20 along with filtra m for another place that the bacteria can colonize. Aqua Uno M is a similar product in a more convenient package and is great for starting a system and maintaining an established system. Check out the website for that info. Outside of that the prima line stuff is very good quality additives that are reasonable priced that you may want to try, particularly the trace elements if you are worried that your salt is not complete. I was going to try to get an "Arney" quote but I resisted.........
