I'm planning a heat exchanger for a DIY chiller.
Does anyone know If I can use Stainless Steel tubing in Saltwater or do I need to stick with Titanium?

There is a huge price difference!

i believe your best bet would be to purchase one of the commercialy available ti exchangers.

such as http://www.sw-wilson.com/prod04.htm

to bend thin walled ti you need to fill it with cerro bend. it is a low melting point alloy (158f). after bending the cerobend is melted out. then the ti is washed in HF and HNO3. rinse, stabilize, ready to go. although i would conduct a pressure test to make sure.
