I was wondering how well does a trimless, braceless tank hold up to a wavemaker such as the tunze wavebox...should I be concerned at all?

Good question. Elos has made trimless tanks since the company started and our designs have evolved over the years. While our standard sizes goes up to approx. 250 gallons we make tanks that are trimless that are 1000 gallons and higher. A wavebox would be fine on our tanks and I believe tunze makes holders for trimless tanks with this in mind but I am sure Roger would have more info on that in his forum. Boozeman, I will try to give you a call today, yesterday I was under the weather and I was pretty worthless:)

One other thing - Tunze also makes trimless/braceless tanks. In fact, last year I asked Roger if I could get one imported (before I saw Elos). The shipping became the stumbling block. So I'm sure Roger will give you a definitive answer.

I have a 6100 on a Wavysea and it oscillates, kind of creates a wave actually. After I saw the silicone work, I didn't have any reservations. But ask Mr. Vitko to be safe!
