My overbuilt stand

Finally made some headway on my 40 breeder setup. Finished the stand tonight.

It's 36" x 18" x 36"

The Corner posts are made of Cedar 4x4's with 2x4's for the support beams.

The picture shows where it will eventually be "built into the wall". Actually the wall will be built around it.

I overbuild everything. Something about being able to sleep well at night...

What is the background? and are those two separate overlflow boxes in the back?

Yeah, I'd rather have peace of mind than a flood in my living room.


The background is insulation foam carved and painted. And yes, it is 2 seperate overflow boxes, however, I realize now I'm gonna have to knock them out and make a single box.

We changed plans and didnt have enough room anymore to do it. So I swallowed my pride and decided on a 40 breeder.
