No, that is what the 6055 is for, it will run on the 7091 and 7095.

How about the 1073.030 pump? Controllers here?

No. Controllable pumps have to have specially designed motors that are termed asynchronous or electronic. They run on a pattern independent of the 60Hz frequency.

Can the 7200/2 be used as a sump return pump? I'm thinking of how a wave action (from 7091) could nice on a return pump through a bulkhead across the surface of the display tank or even through a sea-swirl, maybe wavySea?

Yes, but it doesn't have a high head capability, the 7400/2 can handle about 6ft and only does about 500gph at 6ft. I don't think it would be very effective.
