icecap 660 and t5 bulbs

Folks,
Total newbie question, but:
How many 36" t5 HO lamps can I run on 1 660 ballast?
I'm trying to supplement 2-250 watt MH bulbs with some actinic spectrum lighting
Tank is a 125 72" AGA with dual megaflows
Also, please suggest lamps and reflectors for the same

The Icecap 660 ballast will run 4 of the 54 watt T-5 lamps. Just do not exceed 16 total feet of lamp length. For reflectors use the Icecap single lamp reflectors (SLR's).
